About Allen Willingham

Through his representation of Plaintiffs and Defendants in litigations ultimately resolved by arbitration or mediation, Willingham has had deep and broad experience in successful use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve tough cases.  This experience includes client matters in 25 states.  To read more about Willingham's ADR experience, click here.

His experience includes arbitration resolution of commercial disputes arising from law firm partnership agreements, many of which Willingham  brought to final resolution by presenting  matters to an arbitration panel for final decision and award.  Willingham has also served as an arbitrator on panels convened under the Georgia Bars’ dispute resolution proceedings associated with fee disputes between lawyers and clients.

In multiple substantial mediations pursued in his litigation practice, Willingham embraced and effectively used mediation yielding agreed upon settlements and successful resolution of often hotly contested claims and defenses.  Such matters in the course of Willingham's career collectively represent mediation settlements of many tens of millions in claims.
